Our products are intended for personal use and are available for delivery within India only.
Products & Pricing
We offer a curated range of women's innerwear including bras, panties, nightwear, sportswear, and related accessories. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

2)Promotional prices are valid only for the specified duration of the offer.
3)We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our sole discretion.
Orders & Payment
Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and our confirmation email.
1)We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
2)Transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or authorised payment gateways.
3)In the event of a failed payment where the amount is debited, it will be refunded to the original source within 5–7 business days.
4)We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our policies, with a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are:
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be communicated on the website.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Brida is not liable for such delays.
Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love what you receive. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our policy below:
1)Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
2)Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
3)Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
4)Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5)Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
6)Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

Hygiene Policy
In the interest of hygiene and the health of all our customers, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the packaging seal is broken or the item has been tried on:
1)Panties, briefs, thongs, and other lower innerwear
2)Swimwear
3)Shapewear with direct skin contact
This policy is in place to protect all customers and is non-negotiable. Exceptions are made only in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect.
Intellectual Property
All content on www.brida.in — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, graphics, and website design — is the exclusive property of MATHEW JOSE / Venus Garments International and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brida (Venus Garments International / MATHEW JOSE) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability in any matter arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
