How do I register with Brida Ladies Innerwear? 

To register, click 'SIGN IN / REGISTER' at the top right corner of the page, click on 'REGISTER', enter your details, and click on 'CREATE ACCOUNT'. You can also register using your Facebook or Google account.

What should I do if I've forgotten my login password?

 Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email id. You will receive a link to reset your password.

What if the customer care number is always busy?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our associates might be busy with other customers. Please try calling again later or use our online contact form.

Can you help me choose a surprise gift for my wife?

How do I place an order?

Select your product, choose the size and color, add it to your cart, enter shipping details, select your payment method, and note your order number. Contact us for any assistance.

How can I confirm if my order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email and SMS confirming your order. If you're unsure, you may place the order again.

How do I track my order?

 If you're a registered customer, log in to your account to track your order. For non-registered customers, use the tracking link provided.

Is it possible to see products before accepting delivery?

Currently, we do not offer an open delivery option. If you're not satisfied with the product, you can initiate a return request.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order through your account page on our website until the order is shipped. For orders already shipped, contact us to initiate the cancellation.

How do I add or remove products from my order?

Cancel your current order and place a new order with the desired products.

Will the items ordered be listed on the package?

We follow discreet packaging and do not mention product details on the package. An invoice will be sent to your email.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If the order has not been shipped, contact us to change the address. Changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.

 If I order a gift, will the price tags and invoice be included?

As per regulations, all items are shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.

How long do you take to deliver?

Delivery time depends on your pin code. You can check the estimated delivery time by entering your pin code on the product page, below the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

Do you deliver in my area?

We deliver to numerous pin codes across India. You can verify delivery availability by entering your pin code on the product page, just below the ADD TO CART button, before proceeding to the payment page.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery in my area?

Our ability to provide Cash on Delivery depends on our courier partners. We regularly work to expand this service. Check the availability of Cash on Delivery for your pin code on the product page, under the ADD TO CART button.

When will I receive my order? How can I check whether it is shipped or not?

We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details once the order is shipped. Use the link provided in the email to track your order.

I got a mail saying my order has been dispatched. When will it be delivered? What is my courier tracking number? 

You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch email. Your courier tracking number will also be available in the same email.

The tracking number for my shipment appears to be invalid or no records found. Why? 

It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on our courier partner's website. If you still cannot track your order after 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.

 I am not in town on the delivery date. Can I choose my delivery date?

Once the order is placed, you can contact us to request delivery on a specific date. Note that we do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.

I ordered a gift and by mistake, I put my name in the shipping address. How can I change it? 

You can contact us to change the shipping details before the order is shipped.

GST

 I am being charged a GST amount on my order. What is GST?

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is an indirect tax applied throughout India, replacing multiple cascading taxes levied by central and state governments. It is a consumption-based tax.

How is the GST amount decided? 

 GST applicability depends on the discount level of the product:

  • For products with less than a 20% discount, the listed price includes GST.
  • For products with more than a 20% discount, GST is applied to the discounted price.
  • Lingerie: GST is 5% of the product price.
  • Accessories: GST is 18% of the product price.
If I return the purchased product, will the GST amount charged be refunded?

Yes, if you return the product according to our return policy, the GST amount will be refunded to your account in the form of store credits.

If I cancel my order, will the GST amount charged be refunded?

Yes, if you cancel the order, the GST amount will be refunded to your account in the form of store credits.

PAYMENTS

 I have received an error after entering my card details. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. This may be a temporary issue. Please try again after a few minutes.

The amount has been deducted from my account but the order has not been placed.

 This could be due to a transaction timeout. If the order is not successfully placed in our system, the amount will be automatically returned to your bank within 7 working days.

Why is there no Cash On Delivery service in my area?

Cash on Delivery availability depends on our courier partners. We continuously work to expand our serviceability. You can check the availability for your pin code on the product page, below the ADD TO CART button.

Is there a charge for COD orders?

 We charge a nominal convenience fee of ₹39 for all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee is not applicable for prepaid modes of payment like Debit/Credit card, Wallet, or Gift cards.

I have placed a COD order and now want to make an online payment.

 Please contact us for the bank details to make a deposit. Once we receive the payment, your order will be processed as a pre-paid order. Alternatively, you can cancel the COD order and place a new prepaid order.

Returns & Exchanges

 What is your return/exchange policy? 

Brida's return and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange products within 15 days. Size exchanges are available for limited pin codes. We offer a free pick-up service in most locations, and if not available, you can self-ship the products. Due to hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for briefs, panties, stick-on bras, pasties, and some accessories. Products sold as packs cannot be returned individually.

How does the return/exchange pick-up process work?

For returns/exchanges, ensure products are unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging. Seal the box for the courier to pick up. In case of exchange, the new product will be delivered when the original is picked up. For returns, a refund will be issued once we receive the items.

How do I self-ship products for return/exchange? 

Initiate a return request, pack the product with original tags and packaging, seal the box and paste order details on it. Ship the package through a courier service to our specified address. Keep the receipt for reference. Once the product reaches us, we will credit your account with store credits including a bonus for the shipping cost.

Can I return/exchange any product bought from Brida?

You can return or exchange products except for those in the intimate category due to hygiene standards. The return or exchange must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.

What if the product I want to exchange is out of stock?

If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to return it and place a new order for a different product.

Can I return a gift?

If you have received a product as a gift and need to exchange it for a different size, you can follow our return/exchange policy. Contact us for further assistance on returning a gift.

How do I log in on Brida Ladies Innerwear?

You can log in to Brida Ladies Innerwear using these methods:

  • Login with social accounts such as Google or Facebook.
  • Login with your registered email address.
  • Login with your registered mobile number and OTP.
How do I log in with my mobile number? I am unable to log in using my mobile number.

 Your mobile number needs to be linked and verified with your account. If it's not verified, you'll get a message indicating that your phone number is not linked to any account. To verify your phone number:

  • Log in to your account using email/Google/Facebook.
  • Go to 'My Account' -> 'My Profile'.
  • Click on "Set Phone Number" and enter a phone number.
  • Verify your phone number using OTP or Truecaller.
Why am I asked for an OTP sent to my email after entering OTP for mobile login?

For security reasons, you may be asked to enter an OTP sent to your email if you haven't logged in using mobile number OTP for a long time. This ensures your account's safety even if your mobile number has been reassigned.

Can I still log in with a password on Brida Ladies Innerwear? 

No, password-based login is not available. You must use OTP verification or social media accounts for logging in.

What if I don't receive an OTP due to poor network connectivity? 

 If you're not receiving an OTP on your phone, you can log in with your email ID. OTP will be sent to your email ID. Enter this OTP to log in.

Do I need to provide a phone number to create an account on Brida Ladies Innerwear? 

Yes, a phone number is required at the time of registration. It must be verified using OTP or Truecaller.

Can I use the mobile number from my last order to log in to Brida Ladies Innerwear? 

 No, a phone number used in a previous order cannot be used for login unless it is linked to your account and verified.

What happens if my mobile number is reassigned to someone else? Is my Brida account still safe? 

Yes, your account is safe. A new user with your old number won't access your account without the OTP sent to your registered email address.

How can I change the mobile number I use to log in on Brida Ladies Innerwear?

To change your registered mobile number:

  • Go to 'My Account' -> 'My Profile'.
  • Click on 'Edit Phone Number'.
  • Enter the new phone number and verify it using OTP.
I do not have my old mobile number. How can I log into my account and change the mobile number? 

If you've lost access to your old mobile number:

  • Click on 'Login with Email'.
  • Select 'Use Password', enter your password, and log in.
  • If you don't have a password, select 'Reset Password'.
  • Once logged in, go to 'My Account' -> 'My Profile'.
  • Click 'Edit Phone Number', enter the new number, and verify it using OTP.
Why is my account locked? 

Your account may be locked for a certain period due to multiple failed login attempts. This is a security measure. Access will be restored after some time.
