Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Wrong Product Received:
    If you have received an incorrect product, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Innerwear: Due to hygiene reasons, all innerwear products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

    • Sale or Offer Products: Products purchased during a sale or from the offer zone are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Returnable Items:

    • Outerwear and Other Products: These items can be returned or exchanged upon inspection and approval by our quality control team.

Important Conditions

  • Used or Altered Products:
    We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, torn, stitched, or altered in any way by the buyer.

  • Missing Items:
    If any garment or accessory is missing from your shipment, please contact our customer care team immediately with your shipment details. We will promptly send the missing product to you.

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges or refunds will only be processed once the returned product successfully clears our quality inspection.

    • Exchanges: The exchange product will be dispatched within 48 hours after quality inspection and will be delivered within 7 days.

    • Refunds: Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 working days after the quality inspection.

Conditions for Refusal of Returns

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
