- Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of order placement.
- Delivery is expected within 4-5 working days in major cities and 4-7 days for other locations.
- Once your order is dispatched, you can track it online.
- We currently deliver to most cities across India.
- If we are unable to ship your complete order within 3 working days, we will cancel the unshipped part of the order and inform you via email. In such cases, your payment for the unshipped part will be refunded in the manner it was made.
- To ensure fast and safe delivery, we ship through reputed courier agencies.
- We endeavor to ship all items in your order together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
- If you find the product in a bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care at +918086461242 or email us at info@bridainnerwear.in, citing your order reference number. We will make every effort to arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
- Please note that all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice stating the price, in compliance with Indian Tax Regulations.
